The workshop experience you wish for, is when you feel like being run by natural and intuitive facilitator who connects with the group within a moment, who can read group dynamics and makes sure to give everyone a voice.

You will be orchestrated by someone who is inclusive, values time of everyone in the room (as well as remote participants) by providing structure, and is able to drive for expected outcomes.
